RICE

Have you injured yourself? If so, what is your understanding of what to do in the first 72 hours. Take this little test:

R= rest, relaxation, run
I= ignore, investigate, ice
C= complain, compress, contort
E= experiment, elevate, excavate

For your answers, North Shore Orthopaedic and Sports suggests:
R= Rest
I= Ice
C=Compress
E= Elevate

Following the first 72 hours, stay tuned
